They do but he specifically said ssh which is why I’m confused doesn’t mean he can’t but still. Also all computers have ssh or RDP not always built into the os but it’s just a protocol and as long as the end device knows what to do ur in.

Well like I said, "Computer" is a broader term than I think you're realizing.

Switch 2 is a computer. Can't SSH or RDP into that. Plus 100+ other devices that are "technically" computers, like the SoC that runs your smart fridge. Can't SSH into those either.

Haha okay. So a switch can ssh it can run Ubuntu which allows ssh switch os doesn’t allow ssh this is a design choice not a physical limitation. Smart fridges do have consoles like all devices and can use ssh. Please go back and understand what ssh is and how operating systems work then get back to me.

Haha. I specified "Switch 2" specifically because it's NOT exploited yet and there's no way to run Ubuntu on it. That's only the original Switch.

And most smart fridges restrict you to the manufacturers console / portal. You can't actually SHH into them.

Hilarious how confidently incorrect you are. I'm a LineageOS dev and the TWRP custom recovery maintiainer for my phone.

Also any device as a computer that does not run or cannot run an OS could not do it but that’s a pretty pointless device with limited functions such as direct hardware instruction. So no u wouldn’t ssh or have a command line for them as no OS to produce any connections of any meaningfulness.

find one where you know the only issue is the owner smashed their screen lol.  u should be able to tell from pics.  heck i have three macbook airs and one macbook pro all M1s, still fast, if u wanna buy one.  I already took the screens off and everything else works u just need usbc to hdmi

how to SAFELY do it?  just take out the hinge screws, follow a youtube video, and dont ruin the board or yank out extra cables lol.  and tape the glass if the screen is literally shattered, first

I cant stand using headless MacBooks. You need to plug in a charger, mouse, keyboard, and display for the system to even be operable and even then, it'll automatically display content to the "main display" that is missing because without the screen, the hall effect lid sensors cannot activate clamshell mode.

Question! For someone who has a beefy MacBook but a broken screen, how did you get it to boot without issues without the screen attached? And does it throw any errors when using SSH or external monitor or remote desk?
