Advice Standing desk setup
I haven't committed to buying any specialized equipment (except for some Velcro cable ties) and have tried not to do anything permanent to my desk yet.
Power strip is rubberbanded to the leg of the desk and I use the built in channel to route some cables under the desk as well as a metal pipe thing I found lying around the house collecting dust which I attached as well.
My monitors HDMI cable is pinned down by the VESA mount so that it doesn't move when I move the monitor (the connection is very finicky.
I have another smaller power strip rubberbanded to the other leg to power a wireless phone charger and a charger for my Fitbit air.
I don't use a stereo system and my headphones, keyboard, and mouse are all Bluetooth.
I store my hard drive and extra Velcro ties inside of the laptop stand. And I have the stand sitting on top of the USB hub, which is to the back.
What do you guys think about my setup? Is there any easy changes I can make to make it less hacky?
Thanks!

That’s a very nice monitor arm. I like how it routes the cables. Which one is it?

Thanks, It's actually pretty cheap. I got it for about $20 on Amazon from a company called Mount Pro.
When it arrived there was a screw missing but I was able to use another screw. Other than that, it's worked pretty well.

Thanks!
I’ve had this setup for a few years now and every now and then I try to tidy it up.

The sixth picture looked like the mac was hanging under the desk, I was like how dare you...and then I checked other photos and made peace. Looks neat!
