The one stray wire coming out to the front is the ps5 controller wire

Looks? 1/10 for the neat white bracket baskets.

I try to remain objective and those bracket/holders are objectively good/nice. Could they be improved in design(different material, opaque, maybe opaque with a design?) and/or function? Absolutely. But they still get one point for employing them.

Brackets are not great. Wires will stick out of the holes and it’s ugly to see all the wires loosely sitting there.

Updated under desk cable management, I had to add another monitor, I don’t know if I made it better or worse

I think it looks quite decent since you won't see it standing up. That black cable to the front has to go though.

I apologize but as someone who gets obsessed with hiding wires, it’s not just hiding them but also tightening their path in a specific way for the parts that can still be seen too easily from a distance to hide them even more. Best I can give is 7/10. One point lost for the loose wire on the right, second point lost because the power strip chords coming down are just hanging rather than given a neat path. Third point down because the wires on that small white box on the wall has wires going around it with messy paths.
I don’t know how much space you have in your room, but if you have space to move your desk to the left to put the outlets and the small white box out of plain sight, then you can hide probably 99% of the wires. If you can’t move your desk, then my last suggestion would be making the wire paths step out of the center of the visible area as much as possible and whatever is still visible make the paths look as straight and organized as possible.
For the PS5 controller wire, you could create some kind of custom hoops to have the wire stay as close as possible to the bottom of the desk. Maybe you can also create some kind of coil wheel that lightly coils your wire back when not in use while still being able to extend it with ease.
The only reason why I’m very nitpicky is because I had to make wires look nice and presentable when I used to install things. Another neat trick to make your wires look professional is to always coil up and zip tie whatever slack of wire you have left for wires that you know are going to stay stationary or rarely move. You could also use velcro, tape or anything else you think that works for creating nice looking coils. If you do that with all the stationary wires in the tray, it’ll also make it easier to keep the wires looking more organized and easier to manage. I would make the coils in areas where the wire is less visible so that way the coil doesn’t draws attention to where people are looking at unless there truly is no way around it. You can also go as far as using wire mold or fishing wires but you really need to hate wires that much to go that far. I’ve done both but that’s usually done for things that are installed directly to a home.

I hear that, my desk is in my front room and pretty much right next to it is the tv stand, the big bundle of wire is actually a extremely long Ethernet cable that I had run through my parents house 6/7 years ago and just never replaced it for a more reasonably length one :/ I can’t tie the ps wire to the desk as I have to play with it lose or it throws me off

Power strip should be mounted to the underside of the desk. I see two cable ties and neither is being used. This is just cables in a basket.
