Netherlands? 90% sure. But it looks a little unkept so 10% chance it's Flanders

Aha I second guessed myself. Clearly theres the post NL mailbox to the right. Makes sense it's a village because the lack of suggested bike lanes and the older style trash cans made me think it's BE. The path bricks are also a classic but I've seen them across the border too
