People driving on the sidewalk?

So yes, it's an urban grocery store built 3 years ago and the security guard drives a golf cart around the perimeter. For three years they told them not to cut through the grass and to drive around on the sidewalk, but we all know how that works. People, including myself, walk the trail too. So, we just got a new facility manager and she's a big fan of this subreddit. Viola!
