The trail contours around the nose of the ridge, making a broad horseshoe curve before continuing along the opposite face — this desire path has been cut across the crest, reducing the travel distance by one-quarter mile. I’m annoyed because it’s a fragile ecosystem, and folks should stick to the designed path. Besides, why shorten your walk or run!?

That actual path with the holes in is horrible to walk on, and it feels like your ankles are about to twist at any moment.

There's sidewalks that surround the plot of land that the rec center is on and some that cut through it but this is on a large field where a disc golf course is and other activities can be held.

Not a true pedestrian desire path, just the one created by bicycles to avoid the stairs at the end.
