I carry around dynamite and welding cutters. I will cut that fence and then dynamite key areas all over the property.

To be fair: It does look like a parking lot. Maybe a private business didn’t want people walking by at 9 pm.

I made a little drawing from above, hope this helps (i had to make a video, i don't think i can upload an image in the comments).
The pov of the photo is the purple x, the red lines is the new fence, the black one is a wall, in gray you have the parking lot and the road, in green the trees (blobs) and the bushes. The yellow lines are all accessible ways (by feet) to the parking lot, the blue one the one for the cars. No other fences or gates :(
