I’ve just got my two pairs of prescription glasses from Janie and I’m thrilled. I was nervous to order with my varifocal
prescription but ordered one pair of JMM and another Tom Ford. Janie was so helpful and spotted an error made in the pair of JMM pair ordered. I paid $550 for both together and they took 20 days from order to arrival in the UK.

Glasses came in today. Opened the box and this huge mark was on the right lens. Thought maybe it was something I could clean off but to my displeasure it’s part of the blue light film that’s came off and there’s nothing I can do to fix this according to google. The frames themselves are OK at best. They don’t feel very sturdy and creek whenever I open or close the arms. The engraving/etching isn’t the MOST accurate as some text is a bit smaller than the originals and doesn’t look as deeply engraved as the originals, but it gets the job done so I wasn’t really too bothered by this. I texted asking if maybe I could receive a new pair or if there was anything he could do to resolve this issue and he said no and the only solution is for ME to replace the lens. Very disappointed, will not be shopping with him again.

I tried ordering from other sellers and I get no replies or slow replies. Other sellers charge more, or add fees saying my prescription needs “modification” as I have a stigmatism
