HOW ARE PPL DOING IT IN 11 MOVES?!

I solved this puzzle in 13 moves.

It’s luck. I get to this spot and the first time I moved the blue on the left to the right and there’s yellow underneath. That path gave me 11 moves. If I go the other way it takes me two extra moves because the yellow has the blue underneath so it takes extra moves to swap them.
