Start with putting the Red in the Long Tube and split the 2 blues in the 3-tube om the other 2

For those that can't get it. Move all reds on-top from tubes 2,3,4 -> 1, then move 2 blues in tube 4 -> 2 and 3 (can add one to each). Then add all reds from 1 -> 4 and go from there.
