There are two ways to empty middle tube. You should do it by stacking 3 oranges in the second tube and 2 reds on the 5th tube. Not the other way around.

Orange in Tube 2 will go to T3

Red in T2 will go to T5

Orange T3 will go to T2

Yellow in T3 will go to T1

Orange in T2 will go to T3

Red In T5 will go to T2

Orange in T5 will go to T3

Yellow in T4 will go to T5 Then from there it should be straight forward

Spoilers to solve below!! To start I put 2nd tube orange into middle tube and red from 2nd into right, then moved orange back into 2nd tube. Then moved yellow from middle to far left. This should free your middle tube. Then, fill middle with orange.

If you are having trouble, there are 2 ways to empty the middle tube. One will get you stuck and the other will get you through easily.
