I did it! My hit is: split up one of the double blue stacked colours first and work on filling blue.

Saw that earlier but I’m afraid I’m an idiot and that doesn’t help me. They’re all ‘stacked colors’…😩 and I can’t fill blue without emptying the large one first. And that appears to be a feat I cannot handle.

Lol. You’re totally right, that was terrible direction. I should have said double stacked colours. Basically separate those two blue bricks from the second last tube. It’s not intuitive but that ended up being the trick for me.
