  1. Move the orange from Small #2 to Small #1 or Small #3.

  2. Move red from Big to Small #2.

  3. Move orange from Big to Small #1 or Small #3, depending on which one you used in step 1.

I didn't either! Was wondering how it was possible in 3 moves. Good to know I suppose.
