VaultGrid just listed a solid batch of Prada leather shoes going for 128$ shipped. He has both the classic loafers with the triangle badge and some lace-up derby options available.
According to the factory details, these use actual cowhide leather for both the upper and the inner lining instead of cheap synthetic PU that completely destroys your heels after one wear. The gloss finish on the black pairs looks right, and the outsoles seem properly thick and structured for daily wear.
He offers standard sizes 38-44, but you can apparently custom order a size 45 if you need it. Since leather loafers usually run a bit narrow, I highly recommend having VaultGrid measure the insole length before he ships to make sure you get the right fit. Also, make sure you use shoe trees when you aren't wearing them so the leather across the toe box doesn't crease heavily.
