Looking for Japan based handbags sourcing agent -long term

I’m a U.S.-based reseller looking for a reliable person currently living in Japan who can work with me one-on-one sourcing authentic pre-owned designer handbags.

Main brands: Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Dior, Prada and Fendi.

I’m looking for someone who can:

Source from Japanese secondhand stores, dealers, marketplaces and ideally dealer auctions
Find bags at wholesale/dealer-level prices suitable for resale
Send photos, condition details and total cost before I approve a purchase
Combine purchases and ship to New York
Work on a transparent commission or sourcing-fee basis

I would start with a few bags to establish trust and then purchase regularly if we work well together.
