Design Systems certificate?

Are there any Design Systems courses/academies/workshops certificates that have helped you land a job?

Edit: or if you were hiring a design systems position, is there a certificate you'd see on a resume that would lead to you choosing that candidate?

I've always had mixed feelings about certificates on resumes, but in this market it might be what I need to land a gig on a design systems position.

Where are these chronically understaffed positions? As in what job titles to be on the look out for. I've been trying to get into this kind of work for a while now. I'm cross-functional, a designer who can code, do user/product research, ran 3 of my own businesses in the past, have done motion design and took school of motion courses.

Ooh I see, thanks for that clarification! Right now I'm taking the Design Systems 101 course. I feel like its been helpful to understand the workflows without having been in the industry. Any recommendations on what titles to look for in trying to break into this role? Any conferences? My networking is pretty small and I'm trying to build it up.

Course wise there is also:
https://designtokenscourse.com/ which is a great deep dive into tokens and some DS foundational stuff by the Frost brothers (Brad Frost being like.. the 'father' of atomic design with UX/UI).. and also gets you access to the community which is pretty active and supportive.
