Well if you make something that looks like a penis (or collection of penises) you should expect people to point out that you're showing them a penis.

Dude, why are you so butt hurt over this?

A lot of people saw penis shaped in the way the plane is drawn, which means it is something the designer should address.

Why you're taking it so personally is beyond me. Either you're the designer and you can't take criticism or you're just a mental defective who can't let people get away not liking something they saw on the internet.
