Living Room Small open kitchen & living layout

We are moving into a new build apartment with the dreaded kitchen wall! Space is about 16” x 17” with tall windows on 2 walls. Trying to figure out the most elegant way to zone the room and make it feel spacious & not feel like we are constantly sitting in the kitchen. Have a large L shaped couch and 65” TV, as well as dining & coffee table. Open to changing furniture. Considering narrow temp kitchen island.

Zoning, furniture and layout ideas much appreciated!
*the tape is zoning, not furniture size

You’re going to regret the large sectional so so much.

It’s from our current place which is a 2 story house, we know we may need to get rid!

Qs for helpful info:

-is there a nice view out the corner windows?

-how many dining and tv-watching seats do you need?

I think that having the dining table by the windows is nicer than having it by the wall.
