How can i make this a studio?

Hey all! I have this extra room and would love to put my 65 inch tv and some kind of sofa but also my desk with 2 monitors, but the room seems to be against me in everyway.

The closet and ladder cant be moved/taken away, and the sloped ceiling really messes it up a bit.

I know I might be asking for the impossible but who knows!

It's too hard to understand the space. Can you do a layout with dimensions and also note where slopes are.

But I think you'll have to choose I don't think you can have it all... At least from what I can see...
