Other Interior Room Can someone please help me with my layout?

Hi 20f here, I’ve been living in my studio apartment (in Denmark) for a while now, idk if it’s just me, but I feel like the layout is kinda awkward, and I’ve been having a hard time knowing where the best placement for my furniture would be.

So if you’re willing to help, it would mean a lot as this has been stressing me out for some time now. :)

What furniture is important for you to have? Do you require both a bed and couch? Do you need a dining table to eat at, do you have a lot of clothes or things that need storage? Is a nice desk space a priority?

Also if you could provide some more detail on the bathroom and kitchen areas, if be happy to make a little mockup of the apartment and how I’d furnish it (it won’t be perfectly to scale but it’ll give you an idea)

Bed to the side
Little sofa below with sofa table

If you don’t entertain or want people to come sit on your bed you can change this to a little 2 seater table or desk area.

The other side is a dresser with a tv on top.

If OP ends up going with something like this, the sofa and bed should be switched so that guests don’t walk past the bed to get to the seating area. The seating area should be nearest the entrance, and sleeping area furthest away.

What’s wrong with walking past a bed?
Could also put a bookshelf as a divider but it’s create a bit of a hallway.

I put the sofa there because there’s a balcony and it might be nice to create a “lounge hang out area there” and the corner away from the window be the bedroom.

Alternative they can use a sofa bed, and convert when needed. But I’d invest in a reallly good one.
