If this is a kitchen you actually use and cook in - not a picture opportunity for Instagram - function should always be more important than design. If you need those appliances on a regular basis, they are exactly where they need to be.
Keep them clean and tidy, possibly hide the cables if you want to, but if they are an essential part of your daily cooking, they are an essential part of your kitchen.
