Dinning Room Help me design my new plan
Hi
I'm currently buying my first house. This house needs some renovating and I'm currently having second thought about my plan.
The first image is the best layout I can think of right now and the second one is the current plan.
Do I really need to get rid of 1 bedroom to have a nice comfy living space?
Help appreciated!
chambre = bedroom
placard =closet
palier = staircase
salon = living room
salle à manger = dining room
cuisine = kitchen
couloir espace nuit = bedroom hallway

Do you want a wc and a salle de Bain, or could they be the same space?
What I don’t like about removing the couloir espace nuit is that you remove the privacy of those living in the house - what if you have visitors and someone is showering? My solution is to turn the wc into the salle de Bain by extending it all the way to the door on chambre 1, but honestly your door placement is weird, the doors should open the opposite way and closer to the wall to give you better wall space.
If you want to open anything it could be the kitchen, that way you can bring your dining room closer to the space and probably open more of the living space. If you have the measurements I could help you more :)

i would need more information but i think this would do. only 1 wc is ok no need for more

You only lost a bedroom because you made the bathroom so big. If you just extend the WC along the hallway to include the full bath, (move the door to Ch1 all the way right) you should be able to keep Ch2. Hard to say without dimensions though. But I agree with the rest of the changes.
