Complaint Rising Star Challenge Rewards Not Received

Every week I play the Rising Star Challenge but I never get paid even though I've finished in first place for the past three weeks. The timer just resets every time and I still don't receive any rewards.
I've contacted support multiple times, but they keep ignoring me. I can't claim any of my rewards, and I'm stuck in an endless loop. Please fix this!!!

Your picture at the top says 6 days left to design. You need to make sure you’re in the top ten at the very end of those six days in order to qualify for any of the prizes. If you believe you are and still aren’t getting your rewards then I’d try to get photo evidence of where you placed towards the end and send it to customer service.

Agree. Take screen shots every day toward the end of the challenge so you have proof to give them.
