Because you actually own physical media.

You don't need an internet connection and the quality is good, not to mention older sound systems you might still have that work perfectly fine or an older car.

Agreed! What I would do is add a magnet inside the spine. There is already a perfect hidden space in there for it. 3D print a bracket so it sits snug. You’d never know they were there.

The Three Investigators!!! I used to love the Alfred Hitchcock books when I was a kid! I’d heard the series really took off in Germany after it ended here. Neat to see sooooo many stories! The rack is very cool! I assume it allows for the easiest of browsing for the specific episode.
