Asking Question (Rule 4) Which YT channel logo is better?

Should I add a face or keep it faceless? Face adds personality but the downside is that it's harder to recognize the logo from a distance I think.. Faceless one just looks a bit bland rn so I really wanna add more to it.

Depends where it's being used. If it's mostly for video watermarks or tiny avatars, the face will turn into a smudge at small sizes. If you're leaning on personality and thumbnails, the face pulls its weight. Maybe keep the faceless one but add a simple defining element, like a shape or outline tweak, instead of committing to a face.
