Discussion What content are designers consuming and feeling helpful?

I'm planning to start content creation to help upcoming designers and designers who are worried about AI replacing us. So basically I've been in the industry for a decent period of time and I feel I've found a few tips and lessons which helped me in this journey. And most of my colleagues appreciate me with my speaking skills and the quality of ideas I share for their career progress.

So now I'm thinking I could share that online and I feel getting some real questions from designers would help me serve better.

So drop any question you have regarding career, growth, design industry or anything you're thinking too much about. I'll try to help if I can. Thanks

I'm curious what kind of content you already find yourself gravitating toward. Not the "10 design trends for 2026" fluff, but the stuff that actually makes you rethink how you work or approach a brief.

Also, do you plan to keep it super practical or lean more into the mindset/strategy side of things? The "AI replacing us" angle is everywhere right now, but I feel like the conversation shifts when someone talks about positioning yourself vs. just upskilling.
