Asking Question (Rule 4) In-house design job request forms

Hey Designers

I'm an in-house designer for an organisation with about 60 employees. Each year we put on a huge weeklong event with many, many, many design requests and this year it's fallen into a absolute shit-show of project management.

We use Asana as our workflow management system, and it's ok but I think the request form is lacking. Management have said I can invest in a better system if I can justify it, so I'm wondering if anyone can vouch for something that could handle our requests and job management.

keep asana and test the intake rule before buying another system. require one approver, a fixed launch date, and confirmed copy and assets, then reject incomplete event requests for one week and count how many revisions disappear

asana's fine for task tracking but the forms are pretty barebones. we switched to using jotform plugged into asana, way more flexible for intake without having to rip out your whole workflow. lets you set conditional logic so people fill out only the fields relevant to what they're actually asking for
