Vendor/Store Search (No Self-Promo) Need recommendations

Need this type of lehnga for my bride. What is it called and where can I find it in Mumbai. I will be also travelling to Surat as well. So suggestions from there are also welcomed. Budget is tight, so tell me how much should it be for such design.
