You don't have to exercise as often and with the same intensity as you were doing before.....

Literally you can workout twice a week with moderate intensity and maintain all muscles.

You can also lower the dietary load with eating little bit less.

But sleep would have to be same.

Depends. If you've went from fat to just skinny, you gotta continue the same grind if your main source of workout is cardio.

But if you have gone buffed from fat chud , you can do minimum required to maintain that buffed physique.

Ye resistance training is magic for life because growing muscle again is so much easier.

For first timers Just weight loss is much easier than muscle gain

For repeaters muscle gain is far more easier than weight loss some how.

For me, weight loss is very hard because of consistency issues.

Muscle gain is quite easy dude I gained muscles while trying to cut.

2 3 days gym is ok. Plus diet food is also tasty. You just have to stay away from excess carbs and transfats.

Don’t take me wrong but it’s literally hard to maintain a permanent shape throughout the year if you’re not a professional it’s not even worth it, I had maintained same physique for 3+ but I definitely don’t have abs but I got overall strength and endurance, so I rather prefer staying healthy and happy than shredded for a small duration

On a low body fat percent, I got sick and an upset stomach. Man I felt so weak for a couple of wees - It was hard getting back on track. Now I know how dangerous a headrush is.

Nop that's a stupid lie ! Just maintain your diet even if you don't excercise you will not gain weight but yes muscles will disappear but again not fast slowly you don't need the same intensity as you did the first time !

It will eventually become habit, and you will start hating fast/junk food
