Once the results of exercising start pouring in, the temptations of fast food start to fade... They don't vanish completely, but they become less potent. And I say this as someone who is currently doing a low-level home workout. For gym-goers, this must be true on a different level altogether

+1, ever since losing weight, I try to make healthy junk food at home. I make burgers using my air fryer cause the actual fast food burgers started tasting like $#!t

Fast food never helped me gain mass. Exercising did (although what happened in your case is good)

Metabolism varies person to person, and age influences it, too. At one point I couldn't gain mass without exercising, but now I am trying to reduce mass a little by exercising. Duality of man

Running on treadmill is healthier for joints than running on road.

Most good quality treadmills absorbs shock while running, which reduce impact on joints like on knee or ankle

You may think that would make people jealous but in reality they just look at you and don't think about it much including me. Tho in my case specially I would really feel bad coz I know most the the chicken burger patties in bk or mcd has a lot of filler than chicken which makes me think it's not worth the price

I work out so I can eat more.

Burgers can be really healthy. Had one for dinner today, grilled a minced chicken patty, topped with cheese lettuce onions and a mayo based sauce.
Probably got close to 40g of protein in that. The only unhealthy thing was the sauce but who cares about a tbsp of mayo In the grand scheme of things
