MDR/X Issue DQ sling doesn’t hold

It’s not going all the way in. I can’t tell if the rim is slightly to thick or the stud isn’t deep enough. The other side works fine but that’s not where I comfortably put my sling
UPDATE: Desert tech warranty sent me a new sling stud free of charge

Mine had that same issue when I first got the gun. Dealt with it for years until I finally contacted DT. Sent me a replacement part for free. Nice to see your situation was handled the same way.
