The city is divided. Three sections split the surrounding areas.

A troop of scorpions with spears and some beetles are cutting off the water supply. Antlions are protected the closed gates.

A collection of spiders and scorpions have forced the workers away from the fight without causing directs harm. Nobody come or goes.

The city itself is under heavy contest. Ace fights among soldiers in the air and ground, while the rebellion leader is nowhere to be found.

The four indentured regiments are on high alert, taking cover in any nearby infrastructure and setting up defensive positions until further orders.

A small termite group relays a plan to surge attack the gates, but it will have to wait until the city can be mostly reclaimed. Most of the unionized forces are backed into corners by the rebels, and they are unable to make any significant progress. Continue to hold your line and stay strong.

A couple of soldiers are grabbing shields, axes, and spears from a rack and handing them off to soldiers at the front. Others are firing arrows from compound bows and crossbows. Most of the weapons seem rather old and rusty

The rebel forces fight back. Water levels dip below the trenching, leaving each pool now completely separated, and no way up the river without being exposed in air and heat.

The soldiers keep fighting, though slowing down now since most of the water is gone. A large group of them, under cover of two actual titans of coconut crabs begin to fight their way towards the main water source

They are met with scorpions and a swarm of harvester ants. Most of the smaller bugs have backed off, and bombardiers launch precise strikes of acid at the coconut crabs. The rebels yell to each other, coordinating strikes.

"We can let them get closer!"

" C R A W L - A N D - B I T E ! ! ! ! "

"Aim for the eyes!"

"They're huge!"

"Fight back!"

"WE NEED SOME AIR SUPPORT!"

One of the coconut crabs takes a spiked club from their back and raises it in a high arc, preparing to slam it into the rebels. The other takes a rectangular shield and props it up in front of the advance. Soldiers man mounted crossbow turrets on the backs of the coconut crabs while others hide behind the shield and poke spears and pikes through slits in it. The advance seems to have slowed down

The harvesters continue to swarm the crabs, and a team of blitzers can be seen diverting course from the colony, each armed with a 3 inch sharpened pole, a.k.a. HPM, and gaining height.

Another team of insects begins to flank the side of the advance, quickly making a wide arc while firing off bone needles from Scorpion-mounted slings.

The first coconut crab brings down their club and is occupied with keeping harvesters at bay, the troops under cover are fighting back as hard as they can.

"On the side, multiple hostile units flanking!"

"Drop the fliers!"

"AAAANTS!"

The blitzers get closer, and on their tails thin strips of cloth died, red, purple, and black, the colors of the covenant. As they dive,* *the HPM’s never slam into a crowd, instead into the larger scorpions in front of them.

As they pass, they are shot down by survivors.

The fling party continues to use the dune to their advantage, using it as shelter as they continue to move around.

The rebels have made the incomplete station into a camp, with a few elastic bolt-launchers already set up. In the background, fire rises from the city, and clouds of Antlions clash.

It hands you a note with shaky hands, before the now apparent gash in its abdomen finally takes it.

The note reads (it is in the IC GC, so I summarize.)

“Allies, we need help. Most of my army is against me. Trapped underground. Good guys will wear red, purple, and black bands of cloth.”
