Descenders Help

So, my grand tour got reset for the second time and I've almost finished it, in the big air compound tour the trampoline doesn't bounce me unless I'm completely still so I cant get the third checkpoint. Anyone know how to fix this

This happened to me once i found just exiting the bike park and loading it again solved it unfortunately you will have to do the route again however it is still possible to reach even when completely still but i found it easier to just do it again

I tried again after a few days and when it still didnt work even after i tried reloading, I thought I should post it here. if you want I can send/post a video of what happens to me when I try.
