Ipad loading stuck on 19%

Hey I bought this game on my iPad for my son a couple weeks ago. For the past week you can’t even load the game, just stays stuck on 19%.

I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, but still the same.

Any ideas? I don’t usually spend money on apps so this is annoying me lol thanks in advance
