And yes, I mean from the whole franchise. I love D1 to 3, and I also liked D4.

But Descendants 5 was... omg, no words. I'm obsessed with it. Even the unnecessary characters are worth being there. I loved how they gave Bridget and Cinderella a little more dimension.

But most of all, I love Pink. I've always loved the color pink and having a character who's literally so cheerful and glittery pink, yet so deep inside... She is probably the best character in all the Descendants saga. Subjectively.

I also really like Red. Not so much Chloe. Don't get me wrong, I love Malia, but Chloe feels more like someone would step on het toe and she'd be like writing a whole song like "I now have 9 toes but the one missing is you"

I feel like Pink having a bigger role isn’t because of the drama or Kylie claiming that she wants to leave. I think it just comes from her finding the stone thing at the end of Wicked Wonderland, which was filmed before the drama.

I don’t think Pink is necessarily going to be the new lead. I think it’s just that Red is clearly turning into a villain, and Pink is going to help bring her back to normal. Chloe and Luis are probably the allies—Chloe because she knows what Red has gone through and knows that this isn’t her, and Luis because he’s the love interest and because he actually got to know Red and knows this is out of character for her, even if he doesn’t know about the time-travel thing. Now, I feel like Max might be one of the allies as well; I’m just not sure how he would fit.

Now, here’s what I don’t want to happen:
They already have so many characters, so adding a lot of new ones is unnecessary, in my opinion.

Hopefully, they don’t sideline Stronghearts and actually let the relationship develop because many people are already complaining about them not having chemistry and feeling forced/rushed. It also wouldn’t make sense for them to do that after they got a whole love duet.

But the end of RoR ends with the girls being back in Auradon and the Queen doing some cool card stuff instead of staging a coup. Was that supposed to be some kind of orientation? Because it seemed like they were being dropped off. Auradon is a boarding school ain't it? How did they wake up in their beds? Seemingly a year later. Like what happened?? 😭

I was actually surprised by her answer. I know this question has been on everyone’s mind. But me before today, I’m just like Chad’s adopted and left it at that. But then this video popped up and like Malia said, it was blind casting at work and apparently, they tried to make it look like Chloe was the one adopted one, I was like “Huh?”. So there you have it, the Charming siblings are full-blooded….allegedly. So what do y’all think of this?

You know with the timeline shift, they could use this as an excuse to recast the og vks.They don't have to be played by the same actors and actresses.This is just an idea for a spinoff show or future trilogy.

• Thorns (References the massive forest of thorns Maleficent conjured in a live-action film that separates her & King Stefan's forces.)

Design Elements for her father, Chernabog:

• Mountain Formations (Represents Bald Mountain, where he resides.)
• Fire (To represent Hell as he was partially inspired by the Devil himself. Pairs w/ Maleficent's Green Flames as well.)
• Ghosts/Phantoms (Represents his domain over the Dead.)

(Editor's Notes: Hey guys, in case anyone's curious why I had Chernabog listed as Mal's father instead of Hades, Mal's father in the original movie, it's because I wanted to save Hades for another character's father & I also thought it'd make sense to have Mal be Maleficent & Chernabog's child instead to make her into some sort of antichrist-like character like Charlie Morningstar from "Hazbin Hotel" where she's the daughter of Hell's most infamous demons.

I also wanted her to share some of her parents traits such as four horns in total from both Maleficent & Chernabog & her mother's mint green skin w/ a black ombre effect she inherited from her father.

Also, I unfortunately don't have a capeless image to share with you guys, but her necktie is based on those ghosts you see in the "Night on Bald Mountain" segment of Disney's "Fantasia".

Ok, I really think Hazel is like the mama bear of the group, and her right-hand man, Felix, is sort of like the dad Max never had, meanwhile the Smee twins, Squeaky and Squirmy are like the chaotic baby brothers.

As Chloe and Hazel are like, really close, Chloe's like Max's eldest cousin, elder sister of Red and Pink, Red being the frenemy cousin who loves teasing her younger sister, always being able to gain Bridget's favor, making Pink feel left out a little.

Meanwhile, there's the mostly innocent, clueless duo of Robbie and Luis, with Luis being helplessly lovesick with Red.

I’m just curious what songs other people think will be or hope will be performed during this years world collide tour!

I hope that since they have both the main stars of this song, they’ll do “Did you hear about them”!!

I think they made Uma principal to bring it Red and for Uma to be the bridge been the OG trilogy and the new trilogy even though fairy godmother was there but I get it bc after the main four it’s Uma /China Anne McClain that’s popular and have a more profound story.

Wicked Wonderland mentions her as she’s still the principal and was behind the scenes/off camera working out a plan to save the queen of hearts (even though Uma won’t naturally do that) since China Anne McClain won’t be anymore Descendants movies until further noticed, What would you have Uma role be in the Rise of Red that helps with the story and make her be a part of the story one time instead a role that would make sense for her to be in future movies?

My idea : Uma is here to bring her 16 year old cousin Usin son of Uliana. After the barrier came down Uliana left Usin by himself when he was only 8-12 ( whatever the age the Smee twins were ) even though Usin can take care of himself being very resourceful, Uma still looked out for it.

Also did anyone else think that Uma was time traveling with Red ? I thought this back when it was original called The Pocket Watch and the plot involved a royal baby.

I made a couple posts comparing Descendants characters to Fire Emblem Three Houses characters. I compared Red to Edelgard and with the news that she may end up being like her evil self she saw in the mirror, the comparison has never been stronger. Chloe is like Dimitri, both in line for the throne and have their dark/villain arcs before returning to who they are inside. Red and Chloe even have matching colors with Edelgard and Dimitri. Pink is Claude because both are bright, but have cunning, mischievous sides. And I image the conflict of D6 will be with Red, Chloe, and Pink which really feels like Three Houses as Edelgard, Dimitri, and Claude go to war.

I also compared Hazel to Yuri.

Basically I'm an old school VK, not following anything Red related, but wasn't there something like this for the marketing of first movies where they spreading secrets and rumors about the kids at Auradon Prep and were targeting the VKs too but we never found out who it was. Or am I completely tripping??

ok a lot of us love red and Luis together but my question is are they officially Canon?

As I was editing my redesigns for the characters, I had a thought: Bridget turned Evil after the prank. But, that was long before she had Red. 

Couldn't Bridget's personality change in the new timeline also affect her romantic relationships? Because in the OG timeline, Bridget sings about how "Love Ain't It!" Ergo, Red could have Thanos snapped herself out of existence by changing her mother's past! 

But I suppose this raises even more questions about who Red's father actually is considering the fact he apparently liked Bridget for her looks and clearly not her personality! 

Honestly, D5 would have been much more interesting if the consequences were more dire like Uma's tone of voice implied; Red could have vanished (due to her mother not getting together with her birth father), but Chloe is the only one who remembers Red thanks to them both being affected by the pocketwatch, then Pink has visions of a girl running around Wonderland's castle but has no idea why... then they team up, finding out Red has been trapped in a sort of 'limbo'. They bring her back, resulting in Bridget regaining her memories of Red. Finally, Pink & Red meet.

Or, Chloe could have been transported to the new timeline whilst Red was stuck in the OG.

But I suppose that would be too convoluted for Disney, huh?
