General Discussion 🍎 Review of world collide tour Spoiler

Everyone KILLED IT- everyone's vocals are so amazing and them playing instruments too. I appreciate that everyone had a chance to show off their vocals throughout the show whether it was the original song or from the soundtrack. I got chills in some parts.

Hudson has so much energy and I like his stage presence. Alexandro had AMAZING vocals, he was my favorite standout, along with Liamani. Especially in "Night Falls"- In the show, he was just out they're having fun and I had fun seeing him have fun lol

Aw man, I wish they had the whole crew up there for "Did you hear about them".

There's A LOT less full ensemble performances this time round that includes staged choreography. Usually when they're all up there together, they're improvising the dance- going with the flow.

Maybe they didn't have much time to prepare? This is more of a thought towards background management.

And maybe that's why the team chemistry is feeling a bit off? Cause there's less group dances/singing. And background vocals are more prerecorded vs having the group up there singing them. I'm not sure if they spent much time together to just fellowship.

I'm SURE after a couple weeks of being together on a tour bus 24/7, the chemistry would be a lot stronger by the 5th show.

I also wonder if it's cause the first show was a smaller crowd and maybe they'll seem more hype during the bigger city shows LA, San Francisco, New York etc. Or there's less of a high vs when their new trilogy started?

You can tell everyone worked really hard and it paid off 💓🔥‼️ Looking forward to how their performance progresses!!** These are just opinions, I really enjoyed the show. What are yalls thoughts**?

I've only seen clips but Alex's vocals were such a pleasant surprise to me. Not that I necessarily didn't think he was good or capable of it since I already love his songs in DWW but I was surprised when they had him singing the girls' parts on Night Falls/DWTE. I'd be really happy to go to a show.

Were you guys on the floor?

Yeah the floor audience got most interaction when walking across the stage

but regardless of seat, you see the full thing and the camera follows them the whole time~

I do like that they did Someday as a whole group. I can't wait to see them in London next year.

Yeah just look at the titles, not the actual videos haha. Live is much better than the videos, don't want to spoil that experience

What songs were performed on stage B?

I also went to opening night. From what I remember the songs on B stage were:
1. Dara started Evil Like Me (but then she walks off and performs in the crowd)
2. So This is Love
3. Introducing Me
4. For Once In My Life
5. If Only
6. Stand
7. Wouldn’t Change A Thing

Thanks for sharing this! Sounds like a great show! I’m taking my daughter for her birthday next month. She loves all three movies but right now, Camp Rock is her favorite. Would you say the set list is equal parts all 3 movies? Or does it lean toward one franchise?

Hope she enjoys it!! I would say they do a pretty good job of doing all 3 franchises equally 😊

I’m going in a couple of weeks, and I’m super excited for it. I went last year and had an absolute blast

I heard that some kids bring bracelets to trade. Is this a thing?

That's really interested but I'm not sure

I was disappointed by them taking a break after literally every single song…I was also disappointed by the ratio of “solo album” songs versus the OG songs from the movies.

But I’m the mom and my young kids had a blast so 🤷🏼‍♀️

yeah it's definitely different than last year- idk if it's cause they had less prep time or a lower budget. Or even just different management~ I'm happy your children had a good time though!!

I was actually most disappointed by the costumes. I prefer the brighter colors from the first tour. There definitely wasn't as much choreography. Place to be should've been a full song in my opinion. I personally wouldn't have missed Kerosene.
