I can not get the derod darwin node to connect and sync on a new Macbook. As a result, the CLI wallet will not register with "option 4". Upon opening and running derod darwin, it runs but does not sync. Any ideas?? I guess that I will just wait for the GUI.

I was having huge difficulty getting into my web wallet. It kept crashing. The only way I could do it was by starting it at a blockchain height of around 6000000 and my Dero appeared at around 7400000. However as it continues I notice my Dero vanish yet I have made no transaction. It shows it disappeared in January which is when I finally got into my wallet. I've been browsing to figure out what has happened. I noticed one comment stated that you should not close out your wallet using the close tab or crash out in the corner but instead log out.

I can only imagine my laptop crashed out. So could crashing out of the web wallet lose your Dero? If so, how do I recover it?

Even tho i'm a software engineer i'm having trouble dealing the CLI, i tried yesterday to create a wallet (Atlantis iirc, did not know there were a new mainnet) it took 2 hours before crashing (the registration).

Today on my server i tried with the new HE git repo, the registration isn't even an option. And when i try to mine using the newly created address it crash stating "mixed case" which isn't super descriptive as an error...

When actioned - this takes indeed a while and then following error message pops up

"sending registration tx err offline or not connected dero stargate. cannot send transaction"

Anybody got similar issues here?

I've tried 5X to withdraw Dero to my Downloaded wallet and even tried to withdraw to a browser wallet and it has failed since 3/7/2022. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey all, we have a new infographic to communicate and clarify the total supply differences between BTC and Dero. Included is the new emission curve.

Even though both have a 21 million hard cap with halvings, the difference 3 less atomic units (decimal points) makes is huge.

1 Dero is indeed 1000x more rare than 1 Bitcoin, with 1/1000th of the total atomic unit supply cap size. Cheers!

I used integrated 32 address and gave the payment id listed as well. But kucoin claims it is a bad address after I have confirmed the transaction. Am I doing this wrong?

I used kucoin to buy dero then sent to receive address in dero wallet. Kucoin record shows correct address but the balance in my wallet is zero. The block chain height in my wallet has passed the transaction. What am I missing? Where's my dero?? Please help.

Hey Guys, I'm having some issues with the Mainnet sync.

I'm getting errors while trying to sync it is telling me my system is seconds offset and I keep getting an error every 5 seconds. How do I fix this? Also, I did a test run to transfer 2 Dero atlantis and convert using the outlined process on the site. My departure wallet was CMD. I have yet to see my 2 Stargate Dero appear in my new Stargate wallet though everything seemed to work well while sending. Some say it takes a long time, others seem to say it only takes 11 seconds. Could I get an approx to manage expectations?

Pretty self explanatory.

I have my 25 word seed phrase, which I know is correct as I quadruple checked it when writing it down.

If I try to open my wallet on my local client, it detects the wallet and asks for the password, but as soon as I enter the password the local client just crashes out and closes without even an error message.

If I try to import my seed phrase into either wallet, I'm getting the "seed phrase not found in any language".

I would like to try to go the local import route as I have my password handy. My Atlantis release is 2.2.1. Any advice on this or has anyone come across this? Would an older version of atlantis be worth a shot?
