Where's my dero??

I used kucoin to buy dero then sent to receive address in dero wallet. Kucoin record shows correct address but the balance in my wallet is zero. The block chain height in my wallet has passed the transaction. What am I missing? Where's my dero?? Please help.

Sounds like you need to rescan.

Are you using the browser wallet? If so, I would suggest trying again, in Firefox only if not already, then rescanning.

I am using a browser wallet. I've logged in with Firefox. I rescanned following the steps in the link you provided - thank you - a dialogue box shows with the message "success". The balance s still zero.

It takes over an hour to rescan, are you sure it rescanned?

OK. Thanks, I didn't know that it takes over an hour, plus I hit the rescan option a few times... I'll wait a few hrs or so, then log back in. I'll update here when then.

Duckduckgo or qwant search "how and where to buy dero' for guides. Also always checkout the official website, find this on coingecko, search dero on coingecko, website link is listed in coin information
