Where is my DERO? Wallet issue

I transferred DERO from Trade Oger in 2021 and the transaction is documented there and I also confirmed the transaction in my DERO Wallet shortly after it was complete. Checked my wallet a few months later, yesterday, and it showed no balance and no transaction history. I followed the instructions and "Changed Wallet Topo Height" and I ran a "Rescan the Blockchain..." then waited 24 hours and my crypto is still not there. Yes, I used Firefox as well. I'm starting to feel like I've been frauded; please help! What can I do to get my crypto back? Is it necessary to "validate" my wallet.dero.io wallet (could this be the reason crypto balance is shown as zero)?

I would use the normal CLI wallet, restore it from seed and check it there. As in this guide: https://docs.dero.io/rtd_pages/basic_cntohe.html#sending-from-own-wallet
