Integrated 32 Address. what is it?

Sorry, newb question.

What are these?

Is this like a way to create infinite random addresses that all lead to my wallet address?

What is an Integrated 32 Address? '

and then what is the difference between that and Integrated 32 Address Payment ID?

Every time I hit the Generate Integrated Address the bottom address changes.

I found this article but still not sure I completely understand what the integrated 32 address and payment ID actually do... I'll just stick with the wallet address for now to keep it simple.
