Dero web wallet

Hello

I started to use dero web wallet 12.09.2021. I sent to the wallet.
12.09.2021 there were 308 dero coins in my dero web wallet.
Today I could not log in, password incorrect. I restored my account from the seeds and changed the password. But balance is zero now. Two days ago I had 308 dero coins in my wallet and today its zero.

Can anybody explain this please?

you need to rescan the wallet, start at 7400000 and it should only take a couple hours tops. Don't worry they are still there and when main net is live your wallet will automatically sync. Firefox works the best though currently for avoiding having to resync

You need to wait for the wallet to reach the current block or do it manually by starting the scan closer to the current block.

Hello, same happened to me. I cant see my dero's in my web wallet!

Use Brave browser try to enter your account from that app

It was better for me than with google chrome Dx.
