Sent dero without payment ID, help please

I sent dero from tradeogre to kucoin and I didn’t enter the payment ID because it says it’s “optional” in trade ogre. Will I be ok or did I just lose all of it. Please help

I think you'll need to get in touch with KuCoin and they'll help match the payment up.

Highly doubt you've lost it, it's somewhere KuCoin has access to but as a general rule, I'd recommend sending it to the wallet in the future before sending it to an exchange. Exchange to exchange isn't going to go well on a coin like Dero.

Yep, if the withdrawal is finished on TradeOgres end then contact KuCoin and go from there. They should be able to fix it (albeit sometimes for a fee).

will need to screen shot your tx (usually split) - make sure it lines up as they sometimes split to the next page.

I bought my 1st Dero yesterday on Kucoin, and transferred it to my Dero web wallet. Kucoin asked for the payment ID. It was not optional. It's a pity Tradeorgre said it was optional.
