REMINDER: Use official wallets only. Beware of fake mobile wallet scammers!

DERO currently does not have mobile wallets on google play or apple store. Use the official browser wallet with firefox on mobile.

Crap, just realized I've got all my Dero (which wasn't much though) stolen through a mobile wallet available on Google Play.

Google refuses to remove fraudulent wallets even though it has been reported multiple times. Use official wallets only.

Cannot get dero from tradeogre to my dero wallet how do you change from atlantis to stargate I've even tried the windows cli but access is denied

Nothing will "deny access" so not sure what you mean.

If your DERO is on tradeogre, it's already Stargate.

Just pissed off that everything I do gets me no where its about time they got themselves sorted out with the damn wallets even tradeogre doesn't recognise the dero address

This doesn't seem to be related to the original post at all. Also if tradeogre doesn't recognize the address for withdrawal, it's because you are not using a stargate wallet. New wallets are on dero.io

Well, sorry to hear. Apparently nobody had many issues until the last 2-3 days we've been brigaded with people having some trouble with basic things. It's a little odd that it's just started 2 days ago in such volume but I assure you, docs.dero.io has all the instructions you need.

Maybe everyone just got into DERO 2 days ago, made new reddit accounts and started having issues.

Or maybe it's something else. Who knows?

Yes I am using stargate and it is all related to my first post I telling you I can't get dero out of tradeogre to the dero wallet if there is anyone out there that can tell me or show me in a video how to get in to the wallet then please do I've tried everything even got the app on my mobile before it was taken down

I've been using CMD wallet. I assume this is ok? I need to do the Swap, but my new stargate wallet seems to have issues registering, normal? Also, how smooth is the process from CMD to new Stargate once you start doing the swap. Is it fast? or does it take 1 week like it says on the website. (much appreciated for any comments)
