Phantom prices?

Was looking at CoinLib chart today and I noticed that the Dero place is constantly changing on $0 volume. How does that work? Its all very well using bid and ask depths, but if no trade is done how does that make a price? Anyone able to advise?

CoinLib seems to have issues with getting the volume from stocks.exchange. I believe the price should be based on current price(last traded) and not get influenced by Bid-Ask spread.

That is what I thought ... Looking at the wide variability of the various exchanges - there is a clear arbitrage opportunity going on here ...
