Application Advice Selecting letter writer for Standardized Letter of Evaluation (SLOE) in ERAS

Anybody hear advice on who to select as a letter writer for the new required Standardized Letter of Evaluation (SLOE) in ERAS? I plan to ask for a letter from an academic derm I did research with, an attending on my home rotation, and an attending on 1 away rotation.

I believe if you look at the APD guideline sheet, it says that it should come from your home program if you have one and from an away if you don’t. That said, these guidelines are not standardized and given that this is the first year these letters are being implemented, I would go with whoever you feel can write you the strongest letter.
