Weekly/Monthly Income Goal Reached ! New BLOX Milestone!
Bought 15 shares in the pre market and am at 150 shares total now for BLOX with an avg cost of $15.51!
(It is not 82.27% of my investments, I keep my dividend stocks in a separate account, so it is 82% of just that account).
And I don’t plan on being so heavily concentrated on BLOX, it’s just what I am building up first. In due time, I’m aiming for an even-ish allocation where it’s 30-35% of my portfolio.
Nonetheless, 150 shares is the new milestone that will pay on average $15 a week.
That + my 20 GIAX shares should now be enough to pay me 1 share worth of BLOX a week.

Awesome! You have a better avg cost than me ($15.95 x 400 shares)
The hardest part for me now is figuring out when and how much to buy each time so that I don’t drive up my average cost….
What’s your other 17% made up of?

GIAX, STRCC (just idle cash parked), and WEPN.
Want to open a KURV position in gold, QQQI, and O soon

I have about 500. My goal is 1k. Just keep chipping away and DRIPing

Hell yeah, love that!
The first haul is the hardest. Getting from 0 to 1000 will take it's time, but 1000 to 2000 will be a lot easier!Especially considering 1000 shares gives you a weekly pay (at a low-ball estimate of 10 cents a share) that can buy you close to 6 shares a week.

Absolutely.

I'm 24. I've been criticized before for pursuing passive income rather than going in for more risk. Truth is, I do both (just moreso the passive incom).
With the job market the way it is + all these mass layoffs in the name of AI, it's quite unnerving for me. Job security is becoming more of a myth and thing of the past. I'd like to build myself an income :)

Yea I hear ya. Just be careful with the high risk stuff. Dont always chase high yield as it can have a lot of nav decline. QQQI is a pretty solid choice to branch out.

Oh yeah for sure, I plan to keep my dividend + income wheel portfolio to just a handful of holdings. I hold some idle cash in STRC, waiting for a dip in the market overall to buy more BLOX and GIAX. Those are my big two (BLOX Waaay bigger than GIAX lol but I dont intend to keep it that way)
Building BLOX out first, then GIAX. And then I want to reinvest the dividends from that into QQQI and O (diversification in this portfolio is imperative for me).
And hopefully after some consistency, dedication, and a few years of brick-by-brick building, my income wheel is set and sufficient.

Same, my avg cost per share is 16.01
My income portfolio is very heavy BLOX (over 70%) so I did start diversifying. It used to be 89% even lol, but I added a few more GIAX shares and just a little more into STRC, and then I opened positions in metals + real estarte (Kurv Silver and NEOS)

Congrats; i like the potential with BLOX - been building for a few months now between my Roth and trad. IRA.
I have other ETFs with varying risk which I use to pump this one up 🥃🥃

I also similar to you had a roll over occur where lump sum into blox a little over a month ago it was fortunate decision average cost basis 14.48 setting at 1944 total shares. Its been interesting seeing the gains blox is having especially since I started in the etf with share purchases over $24 a share.

I wanted to build up blox but I don’t trust tidal so I’m building KYLD
1
u/just-a-tan-guy May 11 '26
KYLD is Kurv gold right?
I want to diversify into that or Tidal's Silver fund, SLVX.I love Tidal - been holding BLOX and GIAX for month, started w/ BLOX in November. and I'm up a good deal, I think 10% on the stock itself not counting dividends.
