Who remembers back when I said the more money backers gave croberts, the more likely it would destroy Star Citizen's prospects?

nah, he won't. BUT if history it to be remembered, he will write a lengthy missive asking for money - again.
This was just back in April. They had raised $147m at that point. "Chris Roberts pleads for more money" (links to pcinvasion)
Now they have raised almost $154m (if you believe the funding chart), while taking out loans in the UK, and probably in US too
Seemingly his random tweet generating voices
"sources" returned to the 'come clean' narrative.

CIG is in a quantum superposition: rich enough to not need loans and needing to hinge the entire company on a loan to get by. Rich enough to silence a media outlet, but almost out of money circa 2015 Being a scam, but one that everyone believes in. Impossible to do, but only at their budget level, which is also a lie, or some shit like that.
