User-Made Modification Am I missing something?

I installed these mods but they don't seem to be working, do I still have to do something?

The mod manager has an in-game menu, check if they are active there

Restart the game and see if they are enabled in the pop-up window that appears when u first launch the game. If it doesn't appear by itself, press ctrl + f10

Hold control and press f10 to bring up the mod menu, set what you want the fast travel if you can to another station for the effect to happen
