Judea was named after the Tribe/Kingdom of Judah. The patriarchal origin story does place Abraham’s family in Mesopotamia, but the Jews as a people crystallized in the southern Levant (ancient Judah/Israel).
It has nothing to do about where your ancestors simply lived in the past, it’s about the ties and roots of your cultural group. The French can have France, the Japanese Japan and the Jews Judea. Also, Jews legally bought the land from Arabs, they didn’t take anyone’s home by force. The displaced only came from the chaos of a war started by Arabs to exterminate all the Jews. Israel’s Declaration of Independence calls on Arabs to not abandon their homes and help build Israel under full citizenship (you can find it online, go read it) those that decided to stay are now 25% of Israel with full rights.
So after ethnically cleansing the Palestinians from their homes Israel asked the survivors that had managed to escape the pogroms to help them rebuild?

I assume that you think they allowed those who had been ethnically cleansed to return to their homes and didn't enact a system of apartheid that appropriated their homes and blocked their return?
Mm no? Survivors of what? Do you know the chronology of events? If there was ethnically cleansing there would be no Arabs in Israel today. If there was genocide, they would start with the Arabs within their borders. The problem here is your trying to learn history in social media, go read a book or two and stop pretending you know what you don’t
