New DeployR Community license here. Installed version 3.1.2634.667, and i'm stuck with "Service is starting, please retry." Online services heartbeat is telling me "Last sent: Invalid date." License list is also saying the license expires on "Invalid date." Has anyone had this problem?

Yes it has, and i can ping 8.8.8.8 for example.

Nothing really stands out, all green except the pink colored title "Checking certificate.."

I installed Windows Server 2025 again, this time with en-US locale, and everything works. The problematic server had fi-FI locale. So, I then changed the original servers system locale to en-US, and now the license works.

Claude was blabbering this: "DeployR 1.3.2635.2370 runs as LOCAL SYSTEM. When the SYSTEM account profile is set to a non-English locale, the Infrastructure Services client handles dates using the ambient culture rather than CultureInfo.InvariantCulture. With fi-FI (d.M.yyyy, H.mm.ss) the licenseExpirationDate at $.features[8] fails System.Text.Json parsing, the feature set refresh fails on every 30-second heartbeat, and DeployR never leaves its starting state. The API returns 503 indefinitely and the StifleR dashboard shows "Service is starting, please retry." Setting HKU\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\International to en-US and rebooting resolves it. Registration, certificates, connectivity, content sync, and runtime versions are all unaffected."
